RESUMEN

The online food delivery service supply chain constitutes a crucial element in achieving sustainable development goals. With its prosperity, an increasing number of takeaway businesses are drawn to this sector. As their numbers rise, issues such as profitability resilience, environmental friendliness, and fulfillment of social responsibility emerge, posing potential disruptions to the service supply chain. Against this backdrop, our endeavor is to mine the sustainability of takeaway businesses using the triple bottom line. We propose a two-stage approach involving the Bayesian best-worst method and a data mining technique to derive the weights of sustainability criteria and the clusters of takeaway businesses. Subsequently, a case study is conducted focusing on takeaway businesses on the Ele.me platform in China. The results highlight economic sustainability as the most valued criterion, followed by social and environmental sustainability. Clustering outcomes reveal four distinct levels of sustainability, with a stronger performance in social sustainability compared to environmental and economic dimensions. Further discussions explore the relationship between sustainability levels, cuisine categories, and business size. Consequently, this study suggests an effective approach for advancing sustainability initiatives within the online food delivery service supply chain.

RESUMEN

The purpose of this research is to reveal the internal relationship among community green space, space perception, and activity behavior response to supplement the lack of research results on the binary relationship between green space and behavior. Nine residential community green spaces and 398 residents were selected as the research objects. Thematic clustering and factor identification were used to determine the spatial dimensions of community green space that residents were concerned about. The analysis of the green exposure index, spatial perception evaluation, and activity behavior survey were combined to determine the influence of the green exposure index on spatial perception and activity behavior and its internal correlation path. According to research data, the community green view index (GVI) and normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) negatively affected the perception factor, while the perception factor positively affected the activity frequency. The SEM model shows that the green exposure index stimulated activity behavior through the intermediate effect of the internal perception path of perceived landscape quality, perceived workability, and perceived accessibility. Spatial perception as the basis of the instantaneous emotional reaction process may affect people's choices for activities but be unable to extend the duration of the activities. The internal association among community green space, spatial perception, and physical activity behavior develops on the basis of spatial patterns at certain scales. This study provides a theoretical basis for understanding the spatial experience and residents' behavioral needs, evaluating the quality of urban green space scientifically, and promoting the optimization of community green space structure.

RESUMEN

The creative behavior of cultural innovation team members is the key to driving the team forward. Previous studies have relatively neglected the dynamic mechanism of positive verbal rewards on the creative behavior of cultural innovation team members. This paper, drawing on cognitive appraisal theory, focuses on the dynamic mechanism of positive verbal rewards on the creative behavior of cultural innovation team members and the moderating effect of positive affectivity. Based on the survey of 211 cultural innovation team members in Guangdong, China, this paper constructs a relationship model between positive verbal reward, creative self-efficacy, positive affectivity, and members' creative behaviors and empirically tests the model. The results of statistical data analysis show that positive verbal reward has a significant positive impact on members' creative behavior. Creative self-efficacy partially mediates between positive verbal rewards and members' creative behavior; positive affectivity moderates the positive influence of creative self-efficacy on members' creative behavior. The higher the level of positive affectivity, the stronger the positive impact of positive verbal rewards on members' creative behavior, and vice versa. The above research findings help clarify the mechanism of positive verbal rewards on the cultural innovation team members' creative behaviors in the context of Chinese organizations and provide theoretical support for cultural innovation team management practices.

RESUMEN

Quality cost framework (QCF), as a measurement tool and research method, has played a significant role on quality improvement procedure (QIP) and recognition on economics of quality. The four general QCFs are usually conceptually employed assist quality managers to measure the quality cost (QC/COQ) including PAF, intangible loss, process cost, and ABC framework. The question of how to select an appropriate quality cost framework for individual organization is of great significance for implementing quality improvement activities. Considering the effectiveness and feasibility of the alternative solution, a novel hybrid fuzzy MCDM approach integrating fuzzy DMEATEL, an antientropy weighting technique and FVIKOR method are employed to study the quality cost models and assist managers to select a best QCF for an auto factory. The combined weight from subjectivity and objectivity is embedded into fuzzy VIKOR procedure to obtain alternatives' ranking order. The case study in a Chinese automaker enterprise shows high robustness of the hybrid MCDM approach, and it assists quality mangers to perform quality cost practice. Different from the previous study, the preferred solution is the ABC quality cost framework when feasibility dimension dominates, while the intangible loss framework shows first priority when the organization focuses on effectiveness principle.

RESUMEN

Residents' behavior is the result of the combined effect of external environment factors and internal psychological factors. Based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and the attitude-behavior-condition (ABC) theory, this study aims to explore the impact of policy support on residents' psychological factors and proenvironmental behavior. This study developed an extended TPB and ABC model and replaced the behavioral intention in the TPB model with implementation intentions to enhance the ability of the variables to explain and predict proenvironmental behavior. The longitudinal research method was adopted to collect data through a two-stage questionnaire survey of 1145 Shanghai residents. Results demonstrated that perceived policy effectiveness has a significant and positive impact on attitude, implementation intention, and proenvironmental behavior. This means that proenvironmental behavior tends to appear in people with a high perception of policy effectiveness, positive attitude, and strong implementation intention. Moreover, this study points out for the first time that high waste management knowledge weakens the relationship between perceived policy effectiveness and attitude. For residents with high waste management knowledge, the effect of simple policy publicity is limited. The findings suggest that the government should increase the breadth and depth of policy support and policy publicity to cover the entire waste management process.

RESUMEN

As an important measure of enterprise governance, internal control can enhance the organizational rationality of the enterprise, ensure that the enterprise consciously assumes social responsibility for the protection of the natural environment and resources, and promote the sustainable development of the national economy. Using data from China's A-share heavy pollution industry listed companies from 2009 to 2018, this study explored the relationships among internal control quality, enterprise environmental protection investment, and financial performance. The results show that the quality of internal control has a significant positive impact on enterprise environmental protection investment and financial performance. Enterprise environmental protection investment has a significant positive impact on financial performance and plays a partial intermediary role in the positive impact of internal control quality on financial performance. While expanding the theory of resource-based concepts, this study clarified the positive impact of corporate environmental management and practical behavior on corporate value and provides a theoretical basis for companies to actively implement environmental protection responsibilities, strengthen internal environmental management capabilities, and enhance corporate value. At the same time, it also provides a basis for the government to issue relevant environmental protection policies, strengthen enterprise internal control construction guidelines, and encourage third-party organizations to evaluate the effectiveness of enterprise internal control.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of SU Jia-fu's Wenjing Tongdu external treatment combined with long-snake moxibustion at the governor vessel for neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury. METHODS: A total of 64 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 32 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine acupuncture and rehabilitation of bladder function; based on the treatment in the control group, the patients in the observation group were treated with SU Jia-fu's Wenjing Tongdu external treatment combined with long-snake moxibustion at the governor vessel, twice a week for 8 weeks. Urodynamic test, including residual urine volume (RUV), maximum flow rate of urination (Qmax), bladder pressure at filling phase (Pves), maximum detrusor pressure (Pdet-max) and maximum urinary bladder volume (VMCC), was performed before and after 8-week treatment. RESULTS: The urodynamic indexes in the two groups were improved compared with before treatment (P<0.01, P<0.05); after treatment, VMCC in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01), while RUV and Pves in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in Qmax and Pdet-max between the two groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Based on routine acupuncture and rehabilitation of bladder function, SU Jia-fu's Wenjing Tongdu external treatment combined with long-snake moxibustion at the governor vessel could effectively improve urodynamic indexes, reduce residual urine, reduce bladder pressure and increase the maximum capacity of bladder, thereby improving bladder compliance and bladder function.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) at"Changqiang"(GV 1) on expression of nerve growth factor (NGF) and brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in rats after acute spinal cord injury (ASCI), and to explore the mechanism of EA at"Changqiang"(GV 1) on ASCI. METHODS: Twenty-four adult female SD rats were randomly divided into an EA group, a model group and a sham operation group, 8 rats in each one. The rats in the sham operation group were treated with laminectomy to expose the spinal cord without any strike. The rats in the model group and EA group were treated with modified Allen's method to establish ASCI model. After model was established, the rats in the EA group were treated with EA at"Changqiang"(GV 1), once a day for continuous 7 days. The rats in the sham operation group and model group were treated with immobilization, once a day, without any other interventions. The basso beattie bresnahan (BBB) was evaluated 1, 3, 5, 7 days after operation. 7 days after operation, the rats were sacrificed with perfusion and the spinal cord was embedded with paraffin. The morphological changes of spinal cord and neuron were observed by Nissl's staining method; the expressions of NGF and BDNF were detected by immune fluorescence method. RESULTS: 3 days, 5 days and 7 days after operation, the BBB scores in the EA group were higher than those in the model group (P<0.05, P<0.01). The Nissl's staining indicated the gray matter of spinal cord was butterfly-shaped with complete structure and clear boundaries between the gray and white matter; the tabby-shaped Nissl bodies were observed in cytoplasm. There were incomplete gray nucleus, big and saturate local stasis plaque. Compared with the model group, the smallerarea of blood stasis, less severity of neuron edema, better morphology of neuron and no vacuole change were observed in the EA group. The immune fluorescence results indicated the expressions of NGF and BDNF in the model group and EA group were higher than those in the sham operation group (all P<0.01); the expressions of NGF and BDNF in the EA group were higher than those in the model group (both P<0.01). CONCLUSION: EA at"Changqiang"(GV 1) could improve the expression of NGF and BDNF and increase the score of BBB in rats with ASCI, which is beneficial to the repair of ASCI.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: Based on rehabilitation training, to observe the clinical effect difference between pricking combined with cupping and western medication for elbow flexion spasticity of upper limb of stroke patients. METHODS: Sixty patients were randomly assigned by SPSS software random number generator into a comprehension group and a western medication group, 30 cases in each one. Rehabilitation was used in the two groups. Pricking and cupping were applied at the affected abdominal center of biceps brachii muscle on Tuesday and Friday continuously for 4 weeks in the comprehensive group. Baclofen was prescribed orally continuously for 4 weeks, once 10 mg and 3 times a day in the western medication group. The indexes were observed before and after 4-week treatment as well as at immediate treatment, immediately after the first treatment in the comprehension group and 24 h after treatment in the western medication group, including the affected elbow joint activity, modified Ashworth scale (MAS), simple Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA), integrated electromyogram (IEMG) of the affected biceps brachii and triceps brachii. The clinical effects were evaluated. RESULTS: After treatment, the elbow joint activity in the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment (both P <0.05), with better result in the comprehension group (P <0.05). There was no statistical significance for MAS and FMA scores at immediate treatment between the two groups (both P >0.05). After treatment, the MAS score decreased and the FMA score increased in the two groups (both P<0.05), with better results in the comprehension group (both P <0.05). At immediate treatment and after treatment, biceps brachii IEMG decreased in the two groups (all P <0.05). The biceps brachii IEMG in the comprehension group at the immediate treatment was higher and that after treatment was lower compared with those in the western medication group (both P <0.05). The triceps brachii IEMG at immediate treatment was not statistically different from that before treatment in the comprehension group (P >0.05) and that in the western medication group decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the triceps brachii IEMG increased in the two groups (both P <0.05), with higher IEMG in the comprehension group (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 83.3% (25/30) in the comprehensive group, which was higher than 60.0% (18/30) in the western medication group (P <0.05). . CONCLUSION: Pricking and cupping combined with rehabilitation training can reduce the IEMG of the biceps brachii muscle in patients with stroke, and improve the spasticity and motor function.
